Phase One – Resources

The PLAN phase sets your community up for successful IPPI implementation. In this phase, we ask you to:

  • Attend an online orientation for the project
  • Assemble your project team
  • Identify participants (including your project team, 3 to 5 residents and their direct care workers)
  • Begin to allocate time and materials to get started.

Below are the resources you’ll need for the PLAN phase. Consult the IPPI Guidebook for information on how to use these materials. If you have questions, contact Alex Heppner, project manager: heppnean@miamioh.edu.
